In conjunction with our clients, we assist in deciding what the best solution or equipment would be, that would best suit their requirement.
Production Line Layouts
Once the decision has been made regarding the equipment, that suits the client, we would prepare a draft equipment layout. This layout would then be discussed with the client and once agreement has been reached, we would draw a design that would best fit the factory space. Our process would always include the client in these critical stages.
Project Management
Once the decision has been made to move forward with a project, we will prepare a table of events for our client, detailing each step and its expected timeline. These timelines will be carefully monitored, with regular feedback to our client, keeping them in touch with the process and timelines. We would monitor from the ordering of equipment, shipping details, factory space preparation, delivery, installation & commissioning.
Business Plan Assistance
We have observed, specifically with new projects, that one of the biggest reasons that these projects do not get off the ground is that there is not a proper bankable business plan in place. Without such a plan and relevant feasibility study, often the viability of a project is realized too late and finance becomes a problem.
